Social enterprises need to know communication tools and channels to communicate successfully. Therefore, the communication tools most commonly used in Social Enterprises to communicate with stakeholders are presented. The importance of selecting the appropriate communication channel according to the target group for communication is also highlighted. Key challenges are also highlighted so Social Enterprises can prepare for them and deal with them effectively.
