    The collaboration between social enterprises and local governments plays a pivotal role in addressing multifaceted social and environmental challenges. By combining their respective capabilities and resources, these actors are better positioned to develop solutions that are both impactful and sustainable.

    This Microlearning module outlines a series of best practices derived from the implementation of pilot initiatives conducted in Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

  • This unit explores the pilot implementation of a Local Action Plan on Integration into labour market of vulnerable groups in the city Kragujevac, Serbia. It demonstrates how LPA can create a specialized local program that supports social enterprises employing vulnerable groups, contributing to inclusive labor market development and local economic growth.

    Participants will learn about importance of Legal and Institutional Frameworks, role of LPA, stakeholder envolvement. Also, from this unit several key lessons can be learned—both in terms of policy development and practical implementation for supporting SEs and integrating vulnerable groups into the labor market.
