    This unit explores the pilot implementation of a Local Action Plan on Integration into labour market of vulnerable groups in the city Kragujevac, Serbia. It demonstrates how LPA can create a specialized local program that supports social enterprises employing vulnerable groups, contributing to inclusive labor market development and local economic growth.

    Participants will learn about importance of Legal and Institutional Frameworks, role of LPA, stakeholder envolvement. Also, from this unit several key lessons can be learned—both in terms of policy development and practical implementation for supporting SEs and integrating vulnerable groups into the labor market.
